Cabelio Systems
Aerospace-grade wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing in Melbourne, Florida. IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 baseline, AS9100 on the roadmap, SDVOSB. Operating as the fast US fulfillment lane for Cabelio and serving aerospace, EV, and robotics customers directly.
Cabelio Systems is our aerospace-grade wire harness and cable assembly manufacturing shop, opening in Melbourne, Florida in August 2026 across roughly 8,000 to 10,000 square feet. IPC/WHMA-A-620 Class 3 workmanship as the baseline, AS9100 certification on the roadmap, ITAR registration in progress, and SDVOSB-qualified. The shop serves two demand streams in parallel. Aerospace, EV, and robotics customers come in through direct manufacturing engagements. Cabelio (our design SaaS) routes orders to Systems for fast US builds. Same plant, same quality bar, both lanes.
What we build
- Custom wire harnesses and complex cable assemblies
- Formboard assembly
- Digital formboard assembly
- Automated wire processing across 36 to 2 AWG
- 100 percent electrical test with hi-pot and insulation resistance
- Full traceability and certificate of conformance on every assembly
- Engineering design-for-manufacturability review on incoming work
- 1 to 10,000+ unit runs with no minimum orders
- Typical 3 to 10 day lead time
- All processes in-house, no subcontracting
Software and factory, one loop
A harness designed in Cabelio carries every spec the shop needs: connectors, contacts, wire types, lengths, bundles, overwrap, labels, splices, build notes, and the approval signoff. When an order routes to Systems, the design lands directly in the shop's workflow with no re-keying, no clarifications, no email loop. That tight integration between the design tool and the factory is the play: the same data model on both ends shrinks the gap between design done and first part on the formboard to minutes.
